ANT Stone Roads
The technology enables the creation of a monolithic stone slab from various mineral materials, such as: crushed stone waste, low‑strength stone materials, different soil types, and waste from mining and metallurgical industries.
The stone slab has high strength and resistance to deformations, as well as resistance to water exposure and freeze‑thaw cycles.
The application of this technology reduces the estimated cost of road construction or repair by more than 30 %, while extending the service life of roads.
More than 3,000 km of ANT Stone Roads are in operation across all climate zones, from tropical India to cold Siberia.
Save more than 30 % on project budgets
This is achieved through the following factors:
  • use of low‑cost mineral materials;
  • reduction of pavement thickness thanks to the high physical and mechanical properties of the stone slab;
  • decreased volume of materials used;
  • shortening of construction timelines by more than one‑third.
The technology’s versatility
The technology enables the use of a wide range of mineral materials, such as:
  • crushed stone waste;
  • low‑strength stone materials;
  • gravel‑crushed stone‑sand mixtures;
  • various soil types;
  • mining and metallurgical industry waste;
  • waste from crushing construction materials.
High strength
The artificial stone material exhibits not only high strength, but also resistance to deformations, water saturation, and freeze‑thaw cycles. For example, a 20 cm‑thick stone slab has a surface elastic modulus of over 350 MPa.
Non‑stop work execution
The monolithic stone slab is capable of bearing the load of freight vehicles immediately after compaction is completed. No maintenance is required, and there is no need to restrict traffic. The upper layers can be constructed right away.
No deformation joints required
The monolithic stone slab features a pre‑stress effect, which completely prevents the formation of shrinkage and deformation cracks.
Ecological safety
The ANT Soil Stabilizer is an organic product and is completely safe for humans and the environment, both in concentrated form and as an aqueous solution.
Advantages of the technology
ANT Soil Stabilizer
The ANT Soil Stabilizer is a complex organic preparation whose action is aimed at inducing redox (oxidation‑reduction) reactions in the material.
The ANT Stabilizer induces a targeted redox (oxidation‑reduction) reaction by exposing the surface of mineral particles to molecular oxygen. This leads to the formation of new crystalline bonds between the mineral particles, resulting in a monolithic artificial stone. This reaction replicates the natural processes of sedimentary rock formation.
The ANT Stabilizer is fully safe for humans and the environment both in its concentrated form and as an aqueous solution.
Application Rules
The consumption rate of the ANT Stabilizer ranges from 0.0035 % to 0.01 % of the mineral material’s mass. The recommended consumption rate is 0.007 %.
The required amount of water is calculated based on:
  • the optimal moisture content of the treated mixture during compaction;
  • the natural moisture level of the material being used.
The required quantities of the ANT Stabilizer and water are mixed in a separate container. The resulting aqueous solution is then used for work operations.
The ANT Stabilizer is applied in the form of an aqueous solution. The required quantities of the ANT Stabilizer and water for preparing the aqueous solution are calculated based on the mass of the material used to create the stone slab.
